Editorial Review:

Product Description:
Kids can take charge of their own mini city, either indoors or out, with this gigantic Megaland play tent. The EZ Twist technology allows for fast set up so little ones don't have to wait to explore an array of rooms and tunnels. There's even a mini basketball hoop attached to the exterior. Bold, bright colors and a portable lightweight design make it fun for kids and parents. Made of polyester, mesh and nylon binding with a steel loop. Spot clean. Air dry. Imported. Hut: 33Hx33Wx48L". Large cube: 28Hx33Wx33L". Small cube: 28Hx33Wx28L". Tunnel: 20Lx19" dia.

Editorial Review:
A landscape of tunnels and hiding dens can instantly be assembled in your yard or family room with this compact modular play structure. One of the best features is the abundance of colorful balls (there are 50!). Pile them all into one cube and children can experience the feel of a small-scale ball room like the ones in commercial play areas. When children tire of burrowing, crawling, and hiding, they can use the balls to shoot hoops into the built-in basket. The pop-up nylon play structure is easy to assemble, but be careful while assembling--modules spring open quickly. The challenge is folding it back into the carrying cases (no careless cramming--adults will have to follow instructions carefully). Megaland works with other PlayHut structures. The set includes one large hut with basket, one medium hut, one small block, two tunnels, two carrying bags, and 50 balls. --Gail Hudson

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Super fun and BIG
Large amount of fun with 3 tents and 2 tunnels. We've put up and taken down so many times. It's still folding up and opening great. Great durability as our 2 year old son and his 2 older sisters, plus whatever friends that have been over haven't damaged anything yet. We've had for at least 9 months of daily use

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - 15-month old lost his mind!!!
I bought this for my 15-month old son, and when I opened it up and started setting it up, it was as if the gates of heaven itself had opened. He lost his mind! Now he practically lives in his man-cave. I am still trying to teach him that you cannot lean on the walls, because they collapse (as they should). But, he just loves to crawl through the tunnels and throw the balls out of the holes in the main chamber.

The downside of this is a) the low number of balls as stated in many reviews, ... Read More

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - poor construction
We receieved this toy for my twins 1 year old birthday, put it together the next day and several seams were not finished, had been ripped and the a couple of the seams had already pulled and created large holes. The tunnels do not line up and keep the balls contained and 50 balls are not enough, we got an additional 100 to fill it. My kids loved the balls, we could have bought a play pool and thrown the balls in there.

My kids are pulling up and it is not sturdy enough for them to push on the ... Read More

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Flimsy and Seams Coming Apart
I think it is a hit or miss on this product. I have a friend that has a Playhut and it is fine. We just opened ours and at least 6 seams are coming undone (not sewn correctly), there are a couple holes in the material, 2 forgotten attachment loops, and it is rather flimsy. Kids still like it, though it isn't going to last too long.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Great FUn, but Cheap construction for the price.
Just got this the other day for my nephew... he just turned 1 & loves it! He barily played in it & the 2nd time it was opened we noticed a seem on the lrg tent was ripped already & the metal was hanging out! Then upon more inspection the seem construction is pretty shotty & soon more seems will be open. 50 balls is definatly not enough.. bought him more before he even got this toy, because i read a previous review.. going to contact amazon about it already being ripped & see what they say. I only gave this product ... Read More
