The books were delivered quicker than expected, but even though the books were covered in plastic, they were a bit worn in the corners, like they had not been kept well in storage, but it was nothing major. Fine books, great delivery.

Having been a fan of C.S Lewis' Chronicles of Narnia, I was excited to get the whole set on cassette tape. I realize that I should have looked at the labels more carefully to see that this was an abridged version. The production is done quite nicely and my kids enjoy it, but so much of the actual wonderful stories is tragically chopped out. I heard a story that a child once approached C. S. Lewis and hold him how much she loved his Narnia books. She then proceeded to tell him that she even loved Aslan more than Jesus. Supposedly, Lewis was able to inform her and help her to see that what she saw and loved in Aslan is what she had not yet grasped about Jesus. Product came in excellent condition. Enjoyed reading the adventures of the children. Had not read the other books before other than "The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe" and thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the adventures.
I am going to pass the boxed set down to my grandchildren as I know they will enjoy them also.
